Kathy called from Northview and left the following message:

I just got home from work, you installed two daylights while I was gone and I can't believe the difference the two Solatubes make, I love them!

Kathy has a center unit condo, her bathroom and hallway do not have windows.  The Solatube brand daylights bring light in just like a window would but they bring the light from the roof down to the ceiling.


Becky had us insulate the attic and they installed our radiant barrier over the attic insulation:

We have installed the barrier.  That was a HOT job!!  However, I do notice that if feels less muggy on a hot day when we retreat upstairs.  The window A/C definitely cools it off faster now.  I am looking forward to seeing what it's like in the winter.

 

Larry and Kathy Visited the showroom on a Very Cloudy late September Day:

Larry and Kathy were glad they came to see the Solatube skylights on a cloudy day; they were impressed with the amount of light and they want to come back and see how bright they are on a sunny day.

Chicago resident has Solatube daylights installed in Cottage

Chicago area resident PH had Smart Daylight install two 14 inch Solatube brand daylights in his cottage near Lake Michigan.  He had one in his home and he knew it would brighten up the kitchen with natural light.    Paul

 

REPLACED A DIFFERENT BRAND AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

The "other brand" that we purchased at a local chain store gave a bluish light and we had concerns.  We called Smart Daylight and they worked with us to make the change to a Solatube brand and we are happy we did it.  We will get a tax credit of about $125 when we file this winter.

Teenage Girls Bathroom

We put a Solatube 160-DS into our daughter's bathroom and we added the vent fan option.  The installers used the existing hole in our ceiling and they were done in less than two hours.  We love it and our daughter is thrilled.

SOLAR STAR IN ADA

I had a Solar Star solar powered attic vent fan put onto my roof at 10 a.m. and by 1:30 pm I was already able to notice the difference.  Your installer was very good, friendly and he worked quickly.  I will tell others about this energy saving product.

HUDSONVILLE FAIR WINNER
